Host a fringe event
Host a fringe event
You’re invited to host.
A dinner, a workshop, a panel, a city walk, a gym session, a Qur’an circle, a co-working day, a dawn football match, a stay in your hacker house — if it brings the community together during the week, it belongs on the calendar. This is a rare chance to connect with a global audience travelling into London.
WHAT PEOPLE HOST
WHY HOST
Global stage
MTW overlaps London Tech Week (8–12 June). Attendees come from all over the world. Your event sits in front of them.
A captive audience
450+ from outside London and 150+ international in 2025, in the city for eight days. They’re actively looking for places to eat, learn, train, pray, work from, and stay.
Six-figure fringe economy
Across dinners, workshops, classes, activities and accommodation combined, MTW drives a mid-six-figure visitor economy. Illustratively: ~1,000 dinner covers × £40 ≈ £40k; workshops + activity tickets ≈ £30–40k; 400 stays × 3 nights × £75 ≈ £90k.
Estimates to illustrate scale, not guarantees.
